Job Title: Vegetable Farm Worker

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Vegetable Farm Worker to assist in the cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of vegetable crops. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and committed to producing high-quality vegetables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare soil for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and watering.
- Plant, transplant, and cultivate vegetable crops according to farm guidelines.
- Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues.
- Harvest, sort, and package vegetables for distribution.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, irrigation systems, and hand tools.
- Weed, prune, and perform general crop maintenance.
- Follow farm safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Assist in loading and unloading produce for transportation.
Salary: 15.80 hourly / 30 to 50 hours per week
