About the Role
We are hiring reliable, professional Taxi Drivers to safely and efficiently transport passengers across Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong driving skills, solid knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations, and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage
- Choose optimal routes based on traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in safe working condition
- Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines
- Process payments via cash, card, or digital payment platforms
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fares, and mileage
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to the company or authorities promptly
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Valid taxi driver permit/license as required by UAE regulations
- Proven experience as a taxi driver or in a similar driving role
- Strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and navigation tools (GPS, maps, apps)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness to assist passengers with special needs or heavy luggage
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in public transportation or rideshare services
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Multilingual ability to assist a diverse customer base
