Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Dubai
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of a facility, its employees, visitors, and assets. This role involves supervising security staff, enforcing policies, and responding to security incidents.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership:
Oversee and manage a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Assign duties, schedules, and responsibilities to security staff.
Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for security personnel.
Security Operations:
Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) to detect and prevent threats.
Conduct security patrols to identify potential risks and ensure site safety.
Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances promptly.
Policy Enforcement & Compliance:
Ensure security protocols are followed by employees and visitors.
Implement security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Incident Management & Reporting:
Document all security incidents, accidents, and breaches.
Prepare reports for management on security-related activities.
Recommend improvements to enhance security effectiveness.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train staff on emergency procedures and conduct regular drills.

Job Qualifications & Skills:
