About the Role
We are hiring Warehouse Workers to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy, a clean and safe work environment, and full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Unloading
- Accept incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Safely unload goods using manual or mechanical equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
Storage & Inventory Management
- Organize and store goods in designated warehouse areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
Order Picking & Packing
- Retrieve and pack orders according to customer or business requirements
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage
- Assist with preparing shipments for dispatch and loading trucks
Safety & Maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Report workplace hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification may be required)
- Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Work Environment & Schedule
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Shift work, overtime, and weekend availability may be required
