Location: Medellin, Colombia

Base Salary: 4,000,000 COP – 6,000,000 COP per month (depending on skill level).

They are best and specialized in this department of providing homeownership in wholesale. Offering solutions for those owners who want to sell their home quickly and in good amount. You will be working as a Closer and your job will be important in creating their story. 

The Role of a Closer

The closer will turn leads into sales and deals. 

As a closer you will be responsible for getting leads and securing deals with them, make sure to turn the leads into sales as much as possible. The general outline of the job consists of the following responsibilities;

Taking Outbound Calls

You will have scripts that are proven to drive in leads and secure a deal, master those scripts, and do your best to cage the customer. you will contact potential sellers and persuade them to make a deal by informing them about the benefits of the wholesale. 

Build Your Rappot

You must be able to create a strong relationship with the leads that come to you and after knowing their issues and needs you will present them with the solution that Nemo Buys Houses is offering. 

Negotiating

The applicant must be able to negotiate well with the leads and potential sellers, secure the best deals possible for Nemo Buys Houses, and make sure the process is smooth, fair, and transparent for the seller.

Sales Target Achievement

You will also maintain data of calls that you will handle on a daily and monthly basis, making sure you work consistently to meet the call target and even exceed them.

Team Player

Being a team player is key no matter where you are doing a job. It helps you and others understand the goal better along with a better work environment. Operating with the team will ensure a smooth process of sales and outbound calls, hence communicating must be smooth and clear.

Fluent English Speaker

The applicant must possess fluency in the English language since the job requires a high level of fluency. Immatchable communication skills are also required especially in English. Great, engaging, and persuading tone and voice is a plus. 

Sales Experience

The applicant should also be able to sell like a master, experience is required and it is preferred. A solid understanding of sales, its requirements, and basic principles must be known by the applicant.

The target must be achieved regarding sales. Show a strong commitment to get to the target and even exceed the call target.
