Customer Champion
Be proactive with customer queries and engage with them with a welcoming attitude, try to resolve them as soon as possible, and let customers know about the details they need to know. The queries can be basic questions to complex queries. You will be assigned to check emails and do what it takes to ensure satisfaction to customers.
Exceeding Expectations
You must deliver results in such a manner that it exceeds customer’s expectations. Be the champion at providing customer service.

Take proactive ownership of customer needs by following up on tickets, escalating issues internally when necessary, and ensuring resolutions are documented

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this job must have the following skills/talents;
- Must be fluent in English language with great written and oral communication skills. Having a hold over the English language is the only way you can communicate in detail with the customer and truly help them.
- 3+ year of experience is required in the same field, technical support, QA or customer support technical role. Having experience in the IT sector is required that too in US or EU markets.
- Make sure you are experienced in localozation and local industries, must have a background in computational linguistics is an advantage.
- The person must have strong sense of learning and fast learning skills, this will help you thrive in dynamic environment.
- Also maintain an approach that is customer oriented and client satisfaction should be prioritized.
