Job Role

As a customer support associate at WISE, you will have responsibilities and they are mentioned below;

  • You must perform a world-class job at WISE and with that means the customers are getting the world-class customer service from multiple channels like email, phones or even chat system that is available at WISE.
  • Make sure that the customers are getting satisfied and you must master yourself in this skill. If you are able to do something extra for the customer within the domain of your duties, do not hesitate to do it. Help them with understanding WISE financial system; this will help them with the knowledge of how their money will be transferred through WISE.
  • Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to help customers and explain hard financial concepts in both Portuguese and English language. 
  • The applicant must have strong communication and the grip over English and Portuguese languages. Apart from that the applicant also have
  • Demonstrate that you got a problem-solving mindset and not a reactive approach but rather a proactive approach to get to the solution in time and address customer needs. 
  • Make sure to talk and collaborate with your colleagues to make sure the process is smooth and customers are being provided world-class service.

Requirements

You are a great fit for this job if you have:

  • Strong communication and verbal skills in the aforementioned languages, Portuguese and English, and fluency in both languages is also required.
  • The applicant must have a flexible and adaptable work style and the ability to work in a 6×1 schedule, six days of work with 1 day off. 
  • Ability to work for 6 hours but shifts might vary. You will be working at night as well. 
  • Calm and collected personality and ability to work under pressure. 
  • A committed personality to learn and grow your own self within the working environment along with a willingness to receive constructive feedback. 
  • Strong team player
  • Energetic and willing to make a difference in this field with your work and time. Passionate to provide something to the company.
  • Experience is required in this field, the applicant with the experience in banking or finance is preferred, but its not mandatory.

Additional Information

  • This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil. The position is hybrid means it’s changing and not fully remote. The applicant must be able to relocate or commute to the Wise office where he/she will work.
