Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of warehouse workers, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Management:
Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure efficiency.
Conduct team meetings and provide feedback to improve workflow.
Inventory & Order Management:
Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and stock control.
Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct safety inspections and address any hazards.
Provide training on equipment operation and emergency procedures.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement improvements.
Optimize storage space and inventory organization.
Work with management to enhance supply chain and logistics processes.
Equipment & Facility Management:
Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Coordinate repairs and servicing of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare reports on warehouse activities, productivity, and inventory levels.
Communicate with management regarding staffing, inventory needs, and operational challenges.
Handle employee schedules, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects when necessary
Job Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse setting with occasional heavy lifting and extended periods of standing.
May involve shift work, overtime, and weekend duties.
