Become the Face of Safestay Vienna

You as a Receptionist at Safestay Vienna will play an important role, in ensuring that the guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, so make sure that you are welcoming having a smile on your face always. Greeting the visitors with a warm smile and welcoming gesture and setting a tone that urges them to come back.

Embrace the Role of Vienna’s Ambassador

You will be the source of first-hand knowledge at Vienna, you will be responsible for providing guests with the knowledge of hidden gems along with must-try restaurants, and activities to do for the guests.

Be a Check-In/Check-Out Maestro

You will be responsible for checking in and checking out different guests and you must streamline this process using software and computer. Make sure guests experience good services in this manner.

Become a Guest Relations Guru

Address guest inquiries and provide exceptional service. Request courteously no matter if in person or on the phone.

Master the Art of Reservations

By using the reservation system of our company reserve and book effectively to manage guests and space accordingly.

Become a Hospitality Magician

Process the payments of guests for accommodation and other purposes. Must have the ability to handle cash and card payments with ease.

The Department Liaison

Collaborate seamlessly with all departments within the hotel, including housing.

Ensuring a Safe Haven

Maintain a clean and secure environment for your guests throughout the premises of the hotel. Must adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.

Unlock Your Sales Potential

Promote hotel services and products available at the reception and bar area, utilizing your sales skills to generate additional revenue. Your additional sales skills will come in handy for this role.

Be a Team Player

Being a receptionist in order to have knowledge and information about every department of the hotel it is important to collaborate with every other employee, for this purpose you need to be a team player and understand how to work in a team. Follow the tasks assigned by the manager and add your part to the overall operational excellence of the hotel.

Skills Required

The candidate must be fluent in both English and German (B2 level) along with good written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a strong foundation in organization along with the ability to work on multiple things at the same time. In order to achieve that you must understand what tasks must be prioritized and maintained at a high level of attention.

The applicant must be proactive with a positive personality.

Strong work ethic.

Prior experience in the hospitality department is a plus point. Enthusiastic individuals are always welcome with a passion for service.
