The applicant’s passport must be in effect and have at least six months remaining on it when they plan to enter Oman.

Sponsorship:

You must have a sponsor on whose behalf you will travel for business purposes. It can be a local company or an individual who must act as a sponsor and submit an application on your behalf to the Royal Oman Police.

Business Purpose Documentation:

The applicant must indicate their purpose for visiting Oman and what business they want to conduct there. You must submit pertinent documentation, such as an official conference or seminar invitation or an invitation letter from that Omani company.

Financial Proof:

Applicants are required to show proof of their financial statements or funds that show that they can cover their travel expenses, bank statements, or a letter from their employer.

Travel Itinerary:

This travel itinerary is required in detail that will outline your flight reservation and accommodation arrangements, this is necessary. 

Passport Sized Photographs:

Recent passport-sized photos are essential and must not be older than six months. Face expressions should be neutral with no glasses or cap (unless it’s for religious purposes). 

Medical Insurance:

You should have proof of medical insurance in your name that will cover the duration of your stay in Oman, this might be necessary.

The sponsor will get the visa on the applicant’s behalf and give the applicant the required paperwork as soon as the application is accepted.
