Valid Passport

Employer Letter

This is a letter from your employer that will confirm your employment status in that particular company, the letter must mention you job title or position and responsibilities. Invitation Letter

This is the opposite of the above letter; this will be the invitation from the Italian company inviting you to visit for specific business related purpose. This must be stamped with the company’s official seal and signed by the legal representative of that company. Must state the reason of your arrival, travel dates and other necessary information must be mentioned.

Important Note: Italian business visas are intended for specific business activities. Companies that obtain business visas for non-EU workers to perform unauthorized work may face legal repercussions.
