HOW TO APPLY FOR ITALIAN WORK VISA

The Italian work visa is a type of Italian Long Stay Visa. It is also known as a National or D – Visa. The Italian work VISA allows only an entrance to Italy and it’s not a full permit. Once you enter Italy through a National or D-Visa you will need to get further permission to reside there and in Italian, that’s called permesso di soggiorno. this is a residence permit that allows you to stay there and it’s necessary if you want to work in Italy.

You need to apply for a Residence Permit ( permesso di soggiomo) as soon as you reach there. Within a week, one needs to apply for a resident permit to get things going.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION FOR THE ITALY WORK VISA

You have to be eligible to get your work visa to Italy. you should know if the permit requests are being accepted or not or if the government is allowing this or not. Italia Government every one or two years allows and accepts work permits and it depends on the market of Italy. If the Job market requires personnel and also depends on the state of immigration, in that case, work permits are issued only in limited numbers and for a limited amount of time. That’s the quota of work permits.

This is known as Flow Decree in Italian it’s called Decreto Flussi. The last time Decreto Flussi was opened was back in 2019, April. Italian government issued approximately 31,000 work permits. in 2018 they issued the same number of work permits allowing immigrants to work in the Italian Job Market. Italian government issues work permits for both seasonal and non-seasonal workers through Flow Decree.

You are eligible to apply for the Italian Work Visa under the following conditions:

  • The Decreto Flussi is currently open for applications.
  • The quota allocated by the Decreto Flussi has not been filled.
  • You have been granted a work permit.
  • You have a prospective employer in Italy who is willing to apply for your work visa on your behalf.

Nulla Osta al lavoro – The work Grant for Italy is known as Nulla Osta al lavoro.

Your employer must submit the required paperwork and apply for the “Nulla Osta” work permit at the immigration office in their province.

The Italian government every so often gives work licenses for outsiders dwelling there in Italy as of now. This assists those outsiders with changing their VISA status from understudy/preparing license to work home grant.

HOW TO ACQUIRE AN ITALIAN WORK PERMIT AND VISA?
