Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Italy
We are currently seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our household/staff team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of all living and working spaces. The role demands a high level of discretion, dedication, and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will uphold a pristine environment and manage daily tasks independently or under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and physically capable of performing a wide range of cleaning and organizational tasks. Prior experience in a similar role, whether in a private home, hotel, or facility, is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly
Dust and wipe down furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces
Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs/showers, mirrors, and tiles
Clean and disinfect kitchen counters, sinks, appliances, and cupboards
Remove cobwebs, clean ceiling fans, and maintain high/low surfaces
Wash dishes manually or using a dishwasher
Empty and dispose of trash in a hygienic manner
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces such as balconies, porches, or patios (if applicable)
Laundry & Linen Care:
Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, including delicate fabrics
Iron and press clothes, linens, and uniforms
Change and make beds with fresh linens regularly
Organize wardrobes and closets as required
Organization & Inventory:
Keep household supplies stocked (e.g., cleaning materials, toiletries, paper goods)
Notify employer or supervisor when items need replenishment
Maintain order in cabinets, drawers, and storage spaces
Label and rotate pantry and refrigerator items to avoid spoilage
Household Support:
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup (if requested)
Accept deliveries, manage grocery lists, and assist with errands (optional)
Provide support for guests or visitors, ensuring they are comfortable
Help care for indoor plants or pets (if required)
Assist with event setup, cleaning, and tidying afterward
Salary: 3500Euro

Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a private household, hotel, or similar environment
