We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods in the warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving & Unloading: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Organize, label, and store inventory in designated areas. Maintain an accurate record of stock levels.
Picking & Packing: Pick and pack orders according to company standards, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Shipping & Dispatching: Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and loading goods onto trucks for delivery.
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Documentation & Reporting: Complete necessary paperwork, update inventory systems, and communicate any issues to supervisors.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

- Basic knowledge of inventory software and scanning systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
