What Activities Does a Business Visa Allow?
The business Visa of Japan allows certain activities that include;

Attending business meetings, business exhibitions, and conferences.
Conduction business with your own company’s branch or a sister company.
Other business errands or meetings with your clients. 

The business visa in Japan has a validity of three (3) months, which allows multiple entries in this validity time with a maximum stay of fifteen (15) days per visit.

Requirements for a Japan Business Visa
The particular documents required may vary depending on your nationality, visa history, and the government office or department you apply through. In any case, a few general necessities include:

Valid Passport: The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended travel date.

Two Passport-Sized Photos: Photos must meet the specified size and format requirements, the size, background, or dress requirements if any.

Travel Requisition: Get a letter from the company that will approve your work travel.

Letter of Mission: Give the details of business operations and activities that you want to carry out in Japan. In short the purpose of your visit in detail. 

Supporting Documents: These documents might include your latest information based on your tax return, some financial proof or bank statements, accommodation proof, and an invitation letter from your host company or firm.

Japan Business Visa Photo Requirements
Two colored copies of your photo with the size measuring 35×45 mm each.
Your face must cover the 60-70% of the total frame.
The expressions should be neutral with the head straight and no smile.
No glasses or caps unless worn for religious purposes.
Do not wear matching attire with the background.
The photo should not be older than six (6) months. 

Processing Time and Fees
The processing time for the Japan business visa typically takes 5-7 weeks. This time is based on factors that include the workload, staff availability, and of course, the application, how complete it is. The visa fee should be submitted when you submit your application. 

After Submission
Make sure you choose a convenient visa application branch for the submission of your visa application. 

The checklist should be double-checked that is provided by your center to make sure the application form along with other documents is complete.
If any document is missing or requires verification or clarification, the embassy or agency will contact you. Put correct information on your form so the contact will be made easily otherwise you will face rejection.

If there are any modifications in your application after the application submission, make sure you notify the embassy or consulate. (e.g. marital status).

The visa fee normally is nonrefundable, the applicant is free to remove/withdraw the application.

Keep checking your Visa status by visiting the official website of the Visa application center where you downloaded/submitted the form. Use the helpline number to check the status. You will need a reference number and date of birth of the applicant. Ensure that you have the reference number after you submit your application.
