Japan Business Visa Photo Requirements
Two colored copies of your photo with the size measuring 35×45 mm each.
Your face must cover the 60-70% of the total frame.
The expressions should be neutral with the head straight and no smile.
No glasses or caps unless worn for religious purposes.
Do not wear matching attire with the background.
The photo should not be older than six (6) months.
Processing Time and Fees
The processing time for the Japan business visa typically takes 5-7 weeks. This time is based on factors that include the workload, staff availability, and of course, the application, how complete it is. The visa fee should be submitted when you submit your application.

After Submission
Make sure you choose a convenient visa application branch for the submission of your visa application.
