Spouses

Visa Application Form

Applicant must complete the form that is designated for a family reunification visa and a residence permit from Hungary. Must follow the instructions that are provided by the consulate and the embassy of Hungary in your residing country.

Valid Passport

A passport that must be valid for at least three to six months while departing for Hungary. Apart from that you need to have at least two blank pages for stamping purposes at the airport.

If you are a student, a letter from your university translated into English is required, and if you are financially dependent, a letter from the parents will be required.

If you own a private business, a company registration certificate is needed with translation in English, documents of tax reports for the last six months, and all the documents must be translated into English.

Medical Insurance

Proof of medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 is mandatory.
