We are looking for a skilled and responsible Heavy Driver to operate heavy vehicles, including trucks, trailers, buses, or construction equipment. The ideal candidate should have a valid heavy vehicle driving license, a strong understanding of road safety regulations, and experience in transporting goods or passengers efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Transport goods, equipment, or passengers as per the assigned schedule.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients for smooth operations.
- Follow proper vehicle maintenance schedules and keep vehicles clean.
- Handle emergency situations such as breakdowns or accidents professionally.
- Adhere to weight limits, route planning, and fuel efficiency measures.
