We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and efficient Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our staff and guests. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dining areas, and properly dispose of them in designated bins.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and stored correctly.
Monitor the dishwashing machine for proper chemical levels and temperature.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors daily; perform deep cleaning duties as scheduled.
Restock kitchen supplies and assist with inventory when necessary.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and comply with food safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, chefs, and servers to maintain an efficient operation.
Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards immediately to management.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
