The well-known company of Abu Dhabi, Almaden MENA FZE is creating a new future in renewable energy in Dubai and is looking for a highly skilled officer who is a safety-oriented HSE officer to join the company’s team and help them march towards the new future.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF HSE OFFICER
There are certain responsibilities that the applicant must possess;
- Your job is to seek and identify possible hazardous situations in the field or workplace and create strategies or plans to minimize the related risk in the field.
- Create and make sure the safety procedures are being implemented to make sure the accidents won’t happen or at least they are minimized to prevent injuries.
- Conduct analysis throughout the site and create standardized safety protocols and regulations based on your knowledge.
- Make sure that safety regulations are being followed and the staff is adhering to the regulations set by the company and their policies.
- Ensure that the equipment installations are checked properly before their first use and safety must be the top priority for employees.

Great Interpersonal Skills
The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate and collaborate freely with the team and other coworkers to ensure the safety culture is followed.

As an HSE officer, you must possess leadership skills and show that you have the ability to lead by example so others can be inspired by your actions rather than words only.
Collaborative Spirit
Must get shared safety objectives and with colleagues take initiatives during work to ensure regulations are being followed.
Awareness of Exceptional Situation and Composure
If any emergency situation arises you must be able to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Only male candidates are allowed to apply as per company policy.
- Must be able to commute immediately with a valid tourist visa.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field. The certificates must be attested.
- An experience of two years at least working in the same field and environment or an HSE role.
- Must possess the knowledge and experience with solar energy background and systems and related documentation plus advantage.
- Know that the health and safety training course can be crucial and act as an edge.
