Applying for a UAE Business Visa

There are two main ways to apply for a UAE business visa:

1. Online Application Method
2. Through a Sponsor (Older Method)

Online Application Method

This method is easy and quick. You need to visit the official website of the UAE govt or use their trusted or accredited online visa application platform. This method is preferred because it removes the need for travel agents, embassy visits, and agent fees.

Through a Sponsor (Older Method)

This is the older method and less common nowadays because of the initiation of online and self-sponsored visas. Previously, most business visas required a sponsor (resident, citizen, or company).

Steps to Apply Online

1. Visit an online platform for the visa application procedure.
2. Make sure you select UAE as your destination and choose your home country as your country of citizenship.
3. From the visa form, choose the visa type which is Business Visa.
4. Fill out the application form accurately and correctly. 
5. Scan and upload soft copies of your necessary documents. 
6. Submit the visa application fee.
7. Submit the application for approval.

Valid Passport: A valid passport that must be valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages for stamping purposes.

Proof of funds for your stay

Financial proof that proves that you can cover your expenses during your stay in Abu Dhabi. Your bank statements will do the job. 

Hotel reservation confirmation

You will need a place to live and the authorities will require proof of that.

Travel medical insurance

Medical insurance in case you need urgent medical assistance during your stay
